About

The name behind the work

We help organisations find and fix the problems holding them back — then stay to keep results growing. Consulting, intelligence and technology, working together to turn problems into measurable outcomes. Based in London, working with businesses remotely.

The practice

Small on purpose. Senior by design.

We built Isostra because we believe every business has real potential waiting to be unlocked — not just problems to fix. Our work is finding that potential, building the systems that support it, and staying by your side as your business grows.

Most approaches fall into two camps — consultants who hand you a strategy and leave, or agencies who build a tool and disappear. We do both, properly, and then we stay — because real growth takes more than a single project.

The principle of isostasyA scientific diagram in burgundy line-work on cream. A load rests on the surface at the left, pressing the crust downward below the gold datum line; fine contour lines beneath show displaced material flowing outward, and the surface rises again on the right as a new equilibrium is reached.LOADDATUMDISPLACEMENTCRUSTDISPLACED MATERIALEQUILIBRIUM RESTORED
Heavier loads press the crust down; lighter ones let it rise. It never stops adjusting — that continuous adjustment is isostasy.

Principles

01

Systems before software

Tools are the last decision, never the first. We fix how the work actually flows, then choose what supports it.

02

Standards that get used

A process nobody follows isn't a process. We build in the checks that make new ways of working actually stick.

03

Measured, not asserted

We establish a clear baseline before recommending anything, and measure again afterward to confirm it worked.

04

Built to be handed over

Every engagement ends with your team owning the system — documented, trained, and running without us.
