These terms govern your use of isostra.com and any services booked through it.
Our services
Isostra provides business operations consulting, including Implementation projects and Managed Partner retainers, as described on our How We Work page.
Payment
Implementation projects and Managed Partner retainers are scoped and priced individually after a free conversation, and agreed before any work begins.
Our guarantee
As stated in these Terms: if what we build doesn't do what we agreed it would do, we'll make it right at no additional cost. We don't consider a project finished until it's actually working for you.
Cancellation
Any Managed Partner retainer can be cancelled at any time with no penalty and no lock-in contract. Contact hello@isostra.com to cancel.
Deliverables
Reports, documentation, and systems delivered as part of any engagement become the property of the client upon full payment.
Limitation of liability
Isostra provides advisory and implementation services in good faith based on information provided by the client. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from decisions made using our recommendations, beyond the specific guarantee stated above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
