Isostra ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it's handled.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, email, organisation, and message
- Newsletter signups: email address only, confirmed via double opt-in
- Booking details: name and email, via our scheduling provider (Calendly)
- Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe — we do not store your card details
- Live chat messages: handled via Tawk.to when you use the chat widget
- Health Check submissions (optional): name, email, business type and quiz answers
- Basic site analytics: via Google, to understand how visitors use the site
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to enquiries, deliver booked services, process payments, send newsletter content you've explicitly opted into, and improve the site. Health Check form data (name, email and quiz answers) is used only to respond to your enquiry.
Third parties we use to run this site
Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Tawk.to (live chat), Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics and search). Each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what data we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, or withdraw consent (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter) at any time. Contact hello@isostra.com for any of these requests.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and client data only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and delete it when no longer needed.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies necessary for core functionality (e.g. remembering chat sessions). We do not sell your data to third parties.
